Growing Instructions:

Soak 2 Tbs. of seed in cool water for 8-12 hours.

Drain off soak water. Do not soak again.

Rinse and Drain  thoroughly.

Rinse and drain with cool water every 12 hours.

On day 3, move your Sprouter to a well-lit location. Use direct sun only if you're growing in a tray.

Continue to rinse and drain every 12 hours. Pull Sprouts apart periodically to insure air flow.

Harvest on day 6 when the leaves are open and most of them are green.

De-hull your harvest by submerging them under water in a bowl. The hulls will float to the top and you can scoop them off. Remove wet sprouts from bowl and dry them with a paper towel.

Store your sprouts in an Evert Fresh produce bag and keep refrigerated.

Sprouts should continue to be fresh for 5-7 days.
