Growing Instructions:
Soak 2 Tbs. of seed in cool water for 8-12 hours.
Drain off soak water. Do not soak again.
Rinse and Drain thoroughly.
Rinse and drain with cool water every 12 hours.
On day 3, move your Sprouter to a well-lit location. Use direct sun only if you're growing in a tray.
Continue to rinse and drain every 12 hours. Pull Sprouts apart periodically to insure air flow.
Harvest on day 6 when the leaves are open and most of them are green.
De-hull your harvest by submerging them under water in a bowl. The hulls will float to the top and you can scoop them off. Remove wet sprouts from bowl and dry them with a paper towel.
Store your sprouts in an Evert Fresh produce bag and keep refrigerated.
Sprouts should continue to be fresh for 5-7 days.
